Shout out to rising senior Haylee Ferguson on becoming the first American Junior Shorthorn Association president from Tennessee! As president, she will lead activities in the coming year which include planning the 2025 Shorthorn Junior Nationals and lead 6,000+ youth members in promoting the Shorthorn breed and learning more about the beef industry.

Haylee is majoring in Food & Ag Business. She’s a Haslam Scholar and an ambassador for the UT Anderson Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Congratulations, Haylee!
