The department is grateful for stipend funding for graduate research assistant Nawon Kang, made possible by UT’s Office of Research, Innovation, and Economic Development. This funding will enable ongoing work with AREC mentor Seong-Hoon Cho. Their research proposes a novel series of portfolios for conservation over time that is adaptable to future uncertainties to help optimize conservation planning.
